- Approximately .1 miles from the historic FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH of HEBRON.
- Approximately .4 miles from HEBRON HIGH SCHOOL (part of the Lewisville School District).
- Approximately .15 miles from PRESTONWOOD BAPTIST CHURCH, one of the largest Southern Baptist Churches in America.
- Approximately .4 miles from a Rehab Hospital.
- Approximately .8 miles a Children's Pediatric Hospital and office building.
- Charles Street is not a main traffic road. This is the street leading to Hebron High School and carries mainly traffic going to and from the school and the Creekside Estates neighborhood.
- The Hebron community was historically an agricultural township. Many of the founding families' children and grandchildren still live in the community. They have slowly had properties annexed into the City of Carrollton, as the properties have been sold and developed for residential neighborhoods, small offices, etc.
- There are a small handful of businesses on Charles Street. They are "family friendly", small, and blend in with the area surrounding them. Such as - a landscaping company, a plant nursery, etc. Their buildings are small and compliment the area. A 12,000 square foot liquor store would NOT blend in.
