TOWN COUNCIL MEETING is at 7pm at the Hebron Baptist Church.  Come if you want to see what's going on in Hebron.

Thank you Majestic for not building on Charles Street.  However, there are still too many liquor store rumors flying around.  Keep your eyes and ears open.  

THIS FIGHT IS FAR FROM OVER.

Majestic Fine Wines & Spirits wants to build a 12,000 square foot "super store" at 4222 Charles St.
This location is in the Township of Hebron, so they are not subject to the zoning restrictions of the surrounding cities of Plano & Carrollton.  See the links below for specific information about the proposed construction -

WHAT YOU CAN DO

  • Come to the Hebron Town Council meetings.
  • Please keep checking the website every few days.  As we have good info. we will get it on here.
  • A HUGE thank you goes to Rep. Burt Solomon who worked on our behalf with Majestic to resolve this Charles St. issue.  You should send him a thank you note or e-mail.
  • Contact Denton County Commissioners Court officials and voice your concerns.
  • Contact the Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission - http://www.tabc.state.tx.us/  public.inquiry@tabc.state.tx.us
  • Contact Carrollton City officials and voice your concerns.
  • Contact the L.I.S.D. school board and tell them you don't want a liquor store less than a 1/2 mile from your kids' high school!
  • If you live in Creekside Estates, get together with your fellow homeowners.
  • Put a sign in your yard.
  • Contact the media and ask them to look into this story.
